ADAPT is number 8 on the list of CRM suppliers that survey respondents “would investigate,” ahead of such suppliers as Baan CRM and Epicor (Clientele.) Additionally, ADAPT ranks number 11 on the list of CRM suppliers that survey respondents felt offered the “Best Value” in CRM software, besting companies such as E.piphany and Frontrange Solutions. Among the top dozen CRM suppliers on both lists, ADAPT is the only CRM software solution targeted specifically at manufacturers and distributors in the true SME sphere.

Conducted by Managing Automation Magazine, the 2003 Software Brand Preference in the Manufacturing Enterprise Study polled a sample of 3,000 key decision makers responsible for acquiring technology and/or planning and implementing their companies’ use of advanced manufacturing software. Company rankings were based on the opinion of respondents, who answered the following key questions in 11 different categories: “Which would you most likely investigate if your organization were planning to purchase the product indicated?” and “Considering all factors, which one manufacturer do you believe, at this time, offers the best value?”
