ADAPT Software Applications Signs OEM Accord with Advanced Answers on Demand

IRVINE, Calif. - July 31, 2003ADAPT Software Applications Inc., a developer of CRM software, announced it has entered an OEM accord with ADVANCED ANSWERS ON DEMAND INC. (AAOD), a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based provider of long term care and retirement community software.

AAOD designs and implements integrated software solutions that meet the management information needs of continuing care retirement communities; assisted living facilities; independent living facilities/retirement homes; nursing homes; and home health agencies.

According to the terms of the accord, AAOD will integrate ADAPT CRM software (ADAPTcrm) with its proprietary integrated software solution, "ANSWERS ON DEMAND" and market the solution as "ANSWERS CRM." ANSWERS CRM will seamlessly integrate customer relationship management with AAOD's financial, clinical and operational information, enabling ANSWERS ON DEMAND users to leverage the power of an extended enterprise solution.
